Shipping
I usually aim to ship within 3 days. If one of your items is made to order, please allow for about 4 weeks.
For shipping outside the UK, or for any question regarding products or shipping, please get in touch via the contact form.
And of course, you are more than welcome to come to the studio and make your selection in person!
Returns
I am operating my ceramic studio and business by myself and currently I cannot accept returns, unless the item is faulty or not conform to description. In that case I will make and send another one, or issue a refund, depending on the nature of the product. Thank you for your understanding :)
